Tofu veggie burger with cheese and supplements
1 multigrain bun
2 spoons of soy sauce
1 spoon of potato flour
spoon of sugar
sliced Cheddar cheese for burgers
Cut tofu into stripes. Pour the soy sauce in a pan, sprinkle with sugar, season with pepper and garlic. Keep on stirring so that the sugar melts. When the sauce starts boiling put in the tofu and fry on each side. Take the tofu off the heat and put aside. Cut the bun in halves, heat in the pan, put the cheese on one of the halves. Spread majo, put in tofu, salad, slices of tomato and onion rings. Season with pepper. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
