Baguettes with tzatziki cheese and mini Greek salad


1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 red onion
tablespoon of olive oil
oregano, salt, pepper
lemon juice
slices of bread
Lactima Tzatziki dip


Make the salad by chopping the tomato, cucumber and pepper into medium sized pieces, seasoning with olive, salt, pepper, lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano. Put the red onion sliced into rings on top. Fry a slice of bread in a pan and spread the tzatziki dip on it when hot, put on top of the salad. You can add some olive oil for taste. Enjoy your meal!
