Hot sandwich with sliced cheese, fried oyster mushroom, parsley and fried egg


sliced Gouda processed cheese
2 handfuls of oyster mushrooms
1 egg
tablespoon of butter
salt, pepper


Cut the washed oyster mushrooms in large strips. Melt the butter on a pan and fry the mushrooms at high temperature. Toast the bread on the pan. Fry the egg so that the yolk stays runny. Put a slice of cheese, fried egg and mushrooms on hot bread, in that order. Sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
