Chicory salad with grilled yellow pepper, red onion and salad cheese


1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
spoon of olive oil
1 chicory
1 roman salad
Balkan style salad cheese
1 spoon of mustard


Wash the salad, tear it into pieces and put in a bowl. Cut the pepper into stripes. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Fry the pepper on hot oil, seasoning it with pepper and salt. Slice the onion into rings. Put onion and pepper on the salad, sprinkle with the salad cheese. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, mix with mustard and olive. Mix everything vigorously. Sprinkle the salad with sauce generously just before serving. Enjoy your meal!
