Toasts with hot blueberries, orange zest and almond flakes


processed creamy cheese
handful of blueberries
handful of almond flakes
powdered sugar
tablespoon of butter
pinch of sugar
zest from one orange
fresh mint


Toast a slice of bread on a pan. Spread the butter over the hot bread. Heat the butter in a pan and add blueberries. Add sugar and zest from one orange. Fry until the blueberries release juice but do not fall apart. Put the hot blueberries on the toast, sprinkle with almondflakes and fresh mint. Serve hot. Yum-yum!
