French pancakes with butter-orange sauce

Ingredients

a glass of wheat flour
a glass of milk
2 tablespoons of Lactima butter
half glass of orange juice
2 tablespoons of white sugar
powdered sugar
salt

Method

Pour a glass of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt into a bowl. Mix well. Add a glass of milk and mix until smooth. On a heated pan fry pancakes from the prepared batter. Melt the Lactima butter on a separate pan, add sugar and orange juice. Wait until the juice evaporates and the butter-orange syrup emerges. Fold ready pancakes into triangles, pour the sauce on them and sprinkle with the powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
