Toast with olives, pepper, cucumber

Ingredients

wheat bread
yellow, green and red peppers
black and green olives
Lactima Tzatziki dip
fresh cucumber
favourite herbs to sprinkle
pepper

Method

Cut the peppers into stripes. Chop the olives finely. Cut the cucumber into long, thin slices. Cut the bread into thick slices and grill on a pan. Spread the Lactima tzatziki dip on the hot toast. Put the pre-prepared vegetables on top. Sprinkle with pepper and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
