Potatoes baked with cheddar and sun-dried tomatoes

Method
Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes. After cooling down, cut into wedges. Put the potatoes into an oven dish, sprinkle with the crumbled cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Fry in the oven heated to 190°C for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley when ready. Enjoy your meal.
