Toast with hot plum with cinnamon and chilli


lactose free Lactima cheese
handful of Hungarian plums
a pinch of chilli
a pinch of cloves
a tablespoon of honey
herbs for decoration
1 tablespoon of butter for frying


Toast the bread and spread the lactose free cheese on it. Cut the plums into halves and pit them. Stir fry the plums on butter for about 10 minutes. At the end add honey, chilli, cloves and stir again. Put the hot plums on bread and serve with chopped mint. Enjoy your meal!
