Fluffy cheese pie with chanterelles and nuts


150g wheat flour
1 egg
30ml olive
Lactima Gouda cheese
salt, pepper
Lactima butter 10g
80g chanterelles or oyster mushrooms


Cut the zucchini into thin slices and fry in the Lactima butter. Add salt and pepper and fry until tender. Cut the baguette in half and put Lactima Edam cheese slices on it. Place the baguette in the oven for 8 min at 180’C. Place the zucchini slices on the ready toast and add the green peas. Enjoy your meal!
