Toast with edam cheese, grilled zucchini and green peas

Ingredients

zucchini
acan of green peas
baguette
Lactima Edam Cheese sliced
Lactima butter 10g
salt, pepper

Method

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and fry in the Lactima butter. Add salt and pepper and fry until tender. Cut the baguette in half and put Lactima Edam cheese slices on it. Place the baguette in the oven for 8 min at 180°C. Place the zucchini slices on the ready toast and add the green peas. Enjoy your meal!
