Toast with jalapeno dip, avocado slices, tomato and coriander
Ingredients
Wheat bread
1 avocado
Lactima jalapeno dip
Cherry tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Fresh corianderlusive
Method
Cut the bread into thick slices and fry on a pan for a few minutes. Peel the avocado and cut into thin slices. Spread the Lactima Jalapeno Dip on the hot bread and put the avocado slices on top. Cut the tomatoes and put on the toasts, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle everything with the fresh coriander. Enjoy your meal!
