Toast with grilled asparagus and egg

Ingredients

Toast bread
asparagus
egg
butter
Emmentaler cheese slices

Method

Melt the butter in the pan and fry the asparagus until softened. In a separate pan prepare the fried egg. At the same time toast the bread with the Emmentaler cheese in the oven heated to 180°C for 5 minutes. Put the asparagus and fried egg on top of the toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
