Toast with stewed leek and apple

Ingredients

wheat bread
1/2 leek
apple
tablespoon of butter
parsley
Edam cheese slices

Method

Melt the butter in the pan, add the leek and fry it a bit, then add the apple and braise for a while.Toast the bread with Edam cheese in the oven heated to 180°C for 5 minutes. Put the toast on a plate, add the filling and sprinkle with the parsley.
