Omlette with cheese, potatoes, spinach and chorizo
2 medium-sized potatoes
2 tablespoons of butter
half glass of milk
1 cup of Creamy cheese
piece of chorizo sausage (can be slices)
a handful of spinach leaves
Boil the potatoes semi-hard for 10 minutes. Cut into slices. We mix eggs with a little milk and melted cheese. In the pan, melt the butter, pour the cheese mass, add potatoes and finely chopped chorizo sausage and spinach leaves.
Bake covered until the mass is concentrated.
