Waffles with cheese, ham and pickles


cup of wheat flour
teaspoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of butter (melted)
pinch of salt
1 egg
Cheddar processed cheese
ripening ham or pastrami
pickled vegetables (cucumber , onion)
fresh herbs


Prepare a waffle dough – add a teaspoon of baking powder, melted butter, a pinch of salt, an egg, a glass of milk to the flour. Mix until smooth. Fry the waffles. Spread ready waffles with Lactima cheese mix 4 seasons, arrange ripening ham, onions, pickled vegetables on them. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
