2 apples of the hard variety
a handful of walnuts
1 cup of Blue Cheese
Cut the apples into halves and hollow inside to get rid of the seed nests. Finely chop nuts and combine with blue cheese. We fill the pears with mass and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
