Pumpkin pancakes with blue cheese sauce

Ingredients

half a soft pumpkin of the Hokkaido type
3 tablespoons of Blue Cheese
half a cup of flour
egg
teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of chilli
olive oil
herbs for sprinkling

Method

Peel pumpkins and grate on a grater. Add 3 tablespoons of blue cheese, half a glass of flour, egg, half a teaspoon of baking powder, a little chillies and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix all together. We bake until golden brown on both sides. Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.
