Pasta with a creamy chanterelle sauce

Ingredients

200 grams of chanterelles
3 tablespoons of butter
1 small onion
1 cup of melted cheese with ham
fresh parsley
a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
salt pepper

Method

Chop finely chanterelles, fry in butter with onions and fresh herbs, add cheese. Mix to get a creamy mass. Mix the pasta cooked al dente with the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
