Croutons with cheese paste and jalapenio peppers
A few slices of bread
a cup of Gouda cheese
2 tablespoons of greasy cottage cheese
a handful of jalapeno peppers in brine
Fresh coriander for sprinkling
half lemon juice
We prepare cheese paste – a cup of cheese is vigorously mixed with chopped jalapeno and 3 tablespoons of fatty cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper and a little lemon juice. Smear hot croutons with paste and sprinkle with coriander.
