4 Burger bun
800 g minced beef

Finely chopped the onion and garlic, then fry them on a pan until golden brown. Put the meat into a big bowl. Add fried onion, garlic and Jalapeno pepper, season with salt and pepper, toss well. Divide the meat into 4, shape each portion into a burger patty. Put a frying pan on a high heat. Add some oil to the pan, then fry burgers for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. When the burgers are ready, top each with slice of LACTIMA cheese. Meanwhile, halve the burger buns and toast them in the hot pan.
To built your Cheeseburger spread a mayonnaise on the bun bases, top with a lettuce leaf, tomato slices, burger patty and onion rings.
