Casserole of cheese, bread, mushrooms, ham with parsley


a few slices of bread
a glass of milk, 300 ml
a few mushrooms
cheese with Chives
salt, pepper
fresh parsley


Cut the bread into cubes, pour in milk, leave it for a moment. Cut the mushrooms and fry them in butter, season with salt and pepper. Spread the casserole dish with butter. Add bread to the dish, mix with mushrooms, pieces of ham and cheese. Bake 20 minutes in the oven, temperature 180 degrees. Serve the casserole sprinkled with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
